Dr. Burleigh, a Chiropractor specializes in personal injury cases, such as auto accidents and some slip and falls. This office is experienced in documenting and managing these difficult injuries. We work with all insurance as well as with numerous attorneys and can assist you with a referral if needed. We currently accept workers compensation cases and we are a Medicare participating provider. Individualized treatment programs are designed for your specific condition.

We specialize in Pulmonary Rehab. We are one of only a few facilities in the Greater Houston area that is both equipped to handle oxygen dependent patients as well as provide experienced licensed physical therapists and respiratory therapists to handle these challenging cases.
